Our Policy

It is our intention to provide wear and items designed to enhance and effectuate your spiritual practice. We are not a mass-volume store, but provide highly intentional, consciously sourced and crafted products. Our policy is that we do not accept returns or offer refunds on products that have been delivered in good condition. Unless a product arrives damaged, all sales are final

Damaged or Defective Items

We carefully inspect each piece before shipping. However, if your item arrives damaged or defective, we will make it right.

To report a damaged or defective item:

  1. Contact us at [support@shopanahata.com] within 14 days of delivery
  2. Include your order number
  3. Provide clear photos showing:
    • The damaged or defective area
    • The full item
    • Any damaged packaging (if applicable)

Upon review of your photos, we'll either send a replacement or issue a full refund, including original shipping costs.

What We Cannot Accept

We cannot offer refunds or replacements for:

  • Change of mind or preference
  • Items that have been worn, washed, or used
  • Damage that occurs after delivery
  • Items reported after after the damage/defective window (but reach out and we will attempt to help where we can)
