Processing & Fulfillment

Order Preparation
Each item at Anahata Collection is treated with sacred intention. After you place your order, we carefully prepare and bless your items before shipping. This process typically takes 3-5 business days.

What "Business Days" Means
Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

Order Confirmation
You'll receive an email confirmation immediately after placing your order. Once your package ships, you'll receive a second email with tracking information.

Shipping Methods & Timeframes

We ship all orders via USPS (United States Postal Service):

USPS Priority Mail (2-3 Business Days)
Our standard shipping method for most orders. Includes tracking and insurance.

USPS First Class Mail (3-5 Business Days)
Available for smaller, lightweight items. Includes tracking.

Estimated Delivery Times
Shipping timeframes are estimates provided by USPS and are not guaranteed. Actual delivery times may vary based on your location, weather conditions, and carrier volume.

Shipping Locations

Domestic Shipping Only
We currently ship to addresses within the United States, including Alaska and Hawaii. We ship to both residential and business addresses.

PO Boxes & APO/FPO Addresses
Yes, we ship to PO Boxes and military addresses (APO/FPO/DPO).

International Shipping
We do not currently offer international shipping. We hope to expand our shipping in the future.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Package weight and dimensions
  • Destination address
  • Selected shipping method

Free Shipping Promotions
We occasionally offer free shipping promotions. These will be clearly indicated on our website and automatically applied at checkout when conditions are met.

Tracking Your Order

Tracking Information
Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with your USPS tracking number. You can track your package at usps.com or by clicking the tracking link in your shipping confirmation email.

Tracking Updates
Please allow 24 hours after receiving your tracking number for the USPS system to update with tracking information.

Delivery & Signature Requirements

Standard Delivery
Most packages are delivered to your mailbox or doorstep without requiring a signature.

Signature Confirmation
For high-value orders, we may require signature confirmation upon delivery for your protection.

Delivery Attempts
If USPS cannot deliver your package (no one available to sign, incorrect address, etc.), they will leave a notice and attempt redelivery or hold the package at your local post office for pickup.

Address Accuracy

Your Responsibility
Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

Address Changes
If you need to change your shipping address, contact us immediately at support@shopanahata.com. Once an order has shipped, we cannot modify the delivery address.

Undeliverable Packages
If a package is returned to us as undeliverable due to an incorrect address, we will contact you to arrange reshipment. Additional shipping charges may apply.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

Lost Packages
If your tracking shows your package was delivered but you haven't received it:

  1. Check with household members or neighbors
  2. Look around your delivery location (porches, side doors, mailroom)
  3. Contact your local post office with your tracking number
  4. Wait 24-48 hours, as sometimes packages are marked delivered prematurely

If your package is still missing after these steps, contact us at support@shopanahata.com and we'll work with you to file a claim with USPS.

Stolen Packages
We are not responsible for packages stolen after successful delivery. We recommend having packages delivered to a secure location or using USPS Hold for Pickup if you're concerned about theft.

Damaged Packages
If your package arrives damaged:

  1. Take photos of the damaged packaging and item
  2. Contact us within 7 days at support@shopanahata.com
  3. Include your order number and photos

We'll work with you to resolve the issue through replacement or refund.

Carrier Delays

Weather & Natural Disasters
Severe weather, natural disasters, and other events beyond our control may cause shipping delays. We are not responsible for delays caused by these circumstances.

Peak Season Delays
During holidays and peak shopping seasons, carriers may experience higher volumes leading to longer delivery times.

Carrier Issues
We are not responsible for delays, lost packages, or damages caused by USPS after the package has been shipped and tracking shows it's in transit.

Order Modifications & Cancellations

Before Shipping
If you need to modify or cancel your order, contact us immediately at support@shopanahata.com. We'll do our best to accommodate your request if your order hasn't been prepared and shipped.

After Shipping
Once your order has shipped, we cannot cancel or modify it. You may refuse delivery or follow our Returns & Refunds Policy once you receive the package.

Multiple Item Orders

Combined Shipping
All items in a single order will ship together whenever possible. If items must ship separately, you'll receive tracking information for each package.

Partial Shipments
In rare cases where an item is temporarily out of stock, we may ship available items first and send the remaining items once back in stock. We'll contact you if this situation occurs.
